Parent Workshops are a wonderful way to explore the many aspects of parenting and childhood well-being that are the joys, trials, celebrations and conundrums faced by all of us in the child-raising years. As parents, experienced presenters and therapists, Claire and Helen will take you on a journey of discovery about yourself and your child. This workshop covers the 8 BIG R’s of BRAVE parenting – Role Modelling, Rules, Routines, Rewards, Respect, Regulation, Rating and Risks.
